DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
Deposits are required to secure your commission request. Once a commission request is submitted, I will email you in order to gather more information on design and time frame for your piece. If I have a waitlist, I will contact you once I start your piece. If you are still interested in a piece, I will send a venmo request to collect your deposit. Final payment will not be due until the commission is completed and will be submitted along with any shipping or rush order costs if necessary.
I send pictures of completed commissions for approval of the buyer before I collect final payment. I do not refund unless your piece were not to make it to the delivery location ir is damaged. I am a small artist, so please understand!
